Sometimes one appointment is not enough. Feeding can feel better for a week and then a new challenge appears. Or you made progress together at your first appointment and want Kate back in the room or virtually to check in on how things are going in person.

A follow-up appointments are a shorter, focused visit for families who have already had a consultation (virtual or in-home) with Kate. You get the same support, with less of the groundwork because Kate already knows your situation. You'll also get another 2 weeks of follow up text and email support. 

 

WHO IS THIS FOR?

  • You have already had a consult with Kate and something has changed or a new challenge has come up

  • Your baby has gone through a growth spurt, a sleep regression, or a developmental leap and feeding has shifted

  • You are transitioning, introducing solids, night weaning, or heading back to work and want to talk through the feeding side

  • You are not sure if what you are experiencing is a new problem or a normal phase

  • You want a check-in before you make a decision about continuing or changing how you feed

WHAT DO YOU GET?

  • A 45 to 60 minute video call with Kate (IBCLC, Neonatal Nurse)

  • Assessment of any new concerns or changes since your last appointment

  • Updated advice and a revised plan if needed

  • Continuity of care from someone who already knows you and your baby

  • 2 full weeks of text and email follow-up support after your visit
