Big Bird 1:1 Breastfeeding Support Package

This package provides one-on-one, hands-on support to address any feeding concerns you may have. Plus, you'll receive a follow-up appointment within 2 months and two 30-minute phone calls within 6 months. It's perfect for those seeking ongoing feeding support and flexibility to make changes to their feeding plan.

You can use the appointments for breastfeeding education, with one appointment before birth and another after to check in. Following the consultation, a care plan will be emailed to you with everything we discussed. You'll also receive 7 days of follow-up support via email and phone.

The package includes a client intake form, a 15-minute phone call, two 60-90 minute in-home consultations to be used within 2 months, a care plan emailed to you, and two 30-minute phone calls to be used within 6 months. We cover a range of feeding concerns, including latching difficulties, nipple pain, mixed feeding, blocked ducts and mastitis, expressing, feeding multiples, milk supply and weight gain concerns, oversupply, weaning, and introducing bottles.

Home visits can be substituted with a Zoom consult if you're outside of Christchurch. Additional home visits can be booked at $120 per visit. Please contact us to discuss rural area service and ensure adequate travel time.
